| IYSA has mandated that all coaching staff must submit to a limited background check performed without cost to the coaches. To complete the process IYSA and RCYS must have a disclosure form on file to access your information. Coaches must complete the above form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, where you will then be given a confirmation number. Call the club's registrar and provide this confirmation number to that officer. RCYS Registrar's phone number can be found on the Club Information page. Thank you for your cooperation. | ||||
